Amy Howard - MDS Coordinator
Amy has worked in long term care for 30 years and been a nurse for 22 years. Originally from Rensselaer, Indiana, in her spare time Amy enjoys spending time with her family.
We recently asked Amy to name one thing she loves about her job at Parkview Haven.
She responded, "The staff and residents at Parkview are all wonderful to work with!"

Michelle Hopkins - Director of Nursing
Michelle is Parkview Haven's new Director of Nursing. She started working as a C.N.A, then a Q.M.A, then an LPN, finishing as an RN and graduating to the D.O.N all while employed at Parkview Haven.Michelle was previously employed at Parkview Haven for 20 years. She originally left to further her skills in critical care. She has been a nurse for 27 years, and mentions there have been many changes, including electronic charting.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 7 grandchildren & her pets!
One thing that she loves about Parkview Haven:
"I am delighted to be given the opportunity to be back at Parkview Haven. The genuine concern for the residents and their wellbeing is front and center in the care provided here. At the end of the day that is what is important to me, that the care we provide is care that I can stand behind, as well as done for the glory of God."
