The two-bedroom, two-bathroom brick homes of Parkview Village offer a spacious floor plan of between 1,250 to 1,500 square feet of living space, with all appliances included, custom kitchen cabinets, professional landscaping and a private patio.
One- or two-car attached garages are available, and select homes offer a large, relaxing sunroom just off the dining area.
Individually metered utilities are paid by residents, but Parkview Village provides a wide array of maintenance and services for worry-free living, including:
- Lawn care and snow removal
- Garbage service
- Water-softener salt refills
- All exterior maintenance (e.g., roof, windows, doors, street work)
- Administrative expenses and real-estate insurance
Plans are available for total interior maintenance, which includes plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliance, flooring and paint work.
Parkview Village offers financial flexibility on payment options, including a lifetime lease, rental agreements, or rental agreements with an eventual conversion to a lifetime lease.
